Our team uses mixed-method research methods to evaluate how well a system or organization is functioning to achieve its goals. We use a variety of valid and reliable methods including ethnography, interviews, literature review, observation, quantitative and qualitative research, and surveys. Throughout the evaluation process, we engage teams in opportunities for feedback and reciprocal learning. This ensures our findings are reality-tested and meaningful.
